WHAT IS PILLAR?
Pillar is a digital fan club designed for your favorite artist!
Our goal was not to create a platform for all fans.We created with the most die-hard fans in mind!
WHAT DO I GET WITH PILLAR?
Every artists' Pillar account is different. We have created a platform to give artists the space to share the things their specific fans love the most. One Pillar experience will vary from artist to artist.
Most artists will be releasing unreleased music, videos, photos, exclusive experiences and blogs.
Some artists will have Pillar exclusive merch and vinyl variants. Pillar offers direct band-to-fan interaction.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY PILLAR ACCOUNT?
If you already purchased a ticket for a Pillar event, you can visit https://pillar.club/v2signup/ and select the first option - "PRE-PURCHASED TICKETS" to activate your account.
Please make sure to use the same email address that is associated with your method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Please note: if you purchased a ticket through an artist's merch store, there will be a delay between the time of purchase and the ability for you to set up your Pillar account. You will receive an activation email once your ticket has been imported.
HOW DOES MY FREE TRIAL PERIOD WORK?
If you purchased a ticket to a livestream event, it includes the livestream event, as well as access to Pillar for a specified amount of time.
One time tickets do not incur a monthly charge - your card will only be charged once - at the time of purchase.
I DON'T SEE MY TICKET IN BILLING!
Are you logged into Pillar and can see the main feed page? Then you are all set! At the time of your artist's livestream, you can click the livestream tab (from the left navigation bar in Pillar) to watch the show. You won't see anything in billing unless you purchased a recurring subscription.
CAN I USE THE SAME ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN ONE ARTIST?
Yes! To add a subscription for an additional artist, click the button next to the "currently supporting" section of the app under the navigation menu in the top left corner of Pillar.
HOW DO I WATCH AN ARTIST'S LIVESTREAM?
You can watch an artist's livestream by purchasing a ticket or a recurring subscription to their Pillar. Once you are logged into Pillar, you can navigate to the livestream tab by using the navigation bar in the top lefthand corner.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY PILLAR ACCOUNT?
If you did not enjoy your experience, we have made it easy to cancel at any time.
Simply go to your account billing page & select "cancel my support". At that time, your account will be canceled and you will not be charged for the following billing period.
CAN I WATCH THE LIVESTREAM AFTER IT AIRS?
Yes! It usually takes a day or two to get the video file uploaded, but you will be able to view the livestream after it airs. Depending on the artist's account - you'll either be able to find it in the livestream tab or the video vault.
I ORDERED A MERCH BUNDLE! HOW DO I LOGIN TO PILLAR?
If you're merch bundle included a livestream ticket or a Pillar trial, you can activate your account by visiting pillar.club/v2signup and selecting the first option.
Please note, there is a delay between the time you purchased your bundle and the time you can login to Pillar. You will receive an activation email letting you know you can login.
Sometimes those emails fall into spam or promotions folders - so be sure to check there too!

You can login to Pillar via a web browser - pillar.club - or download the app on your device.

WHAT TIME IS THE LIVESTREAM FOR THE BAND I WANT TO WATCH?
The livestream time will be listed on the artist's Pillar site where you purchased your ticket.
If you are unsure what time that is for you in your timezone, please use a timezone convertor to confirm.
